Thank you for choosing us! Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we have the following policy in place:

  • All in-store purchases are non refundable or exchangeable.
  • All online/ delivery orders are not refundable or exchangeable once customer has the products.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If there is:

  • A quality concern
  • Damage during delivery
  • Incorrect item received
  • Any issue related to delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos (if applicable), and we will review the issue promptly.

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
  • Refunds are not provided for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once order is placed, delivery address cannot be changed.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high-volume holidays.
